In today's episode, we have Julie Bacchini taking us on a very great topic, we need more sales leads right now. We discuss all about what you do when a client comes or panicky a bit like - it's sales period or they're the end of their quarter end of the year, and they don't seem to be close to meeting their targets yet, so they come to you desperately seeking for you to supplement the sales they've gotten already because, they need a lot more than is forecasted for them to have by the end of the year.
How do you react to that? How do you handle it? What do you wish the clients would understand about PPC so that you can avoid all these firefighting situation.
So we band together to understand that we're not alone in these kind of crazy situations where client just expect more than is what is probably even required and actually having to get involved with some firefighting situations.

Q4 Do you do any type of forecasting as to additional volume that is potentially available that they are not currently capturing? How do you create your forecasts? And how often do you do them?
